A married couple approached us looking to purchase a new residential home as they wanted to upsize and relocate. One of the clients was based in the UK and the other was a UK citizen who worked in China getting paid in US Dollars. We were able to get the mortgage through with a UK building society using the foreign income alone using the current conversion rates at the time. This allowed the client to purchase their new home and upsize to support their growing family.

Client approached us after being declined by 3 different high street banks due to previous adverse credit. The client had a history of county court judgements and missed payments on unsecured debt. Their mortgage rate was coming to an end and they needed to refinance onto a new fixed rate before going onto their existing lenders standard variable rate, but they were worried that their credit history would block them from getting a remortgage. We were able to place this client with one of the challenger banks who were happy to take on the mortgage even with the clients adverse credit history in a speedy timeframe.

We secured the client a bridge at 75% and managed to complete within 3 weeks from receiving the application form. Whilst having a 12 month term, the product had no early repayment charges so the applicant was able to exit earlier.
